| Description | This dataset contains the proteomic analysis of FgVps1, a dynamin-related GTPase, in Fusarium graminearum. GFP-tagged FgVps1 was expressed in the fungal hyphae, immunoprecipitated using GFP-Trap A beads, and associated proteins were identified by LC–MS/MS. The dataset provides a comprehensive view of the FgVps1 interactome, including potential partners involved in vesicle trafficking, endocytosis, and autophagy-related processes. These data will facilitate understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying FgVps1 function in fungal growth and pathogenicity. |
