| Description | PANC-1 cells were subcutaneously inoculated into nude mice. After tumor formation, the experimental group (siCBLC group) received intratumoral injections of siCBLC, while the control group (siNC group) received intratumoral injections of siNC. Injections were administered every three days. Tumors were harvested after 28 days for proteomics analysis. |
