| Title | IP-MS and proteomic analysis of GPR75-interacting proteins in the liver of CDAHFD-induced mice |
| Description | To investigate the mechanism by which GPR75 promotes metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), we performed proteomic analysis on liver tissues from CDAHFD-fed control and hepatocyte-specific Gpr75-knockdown mice. To identify GPR75-interacting proteins, immunoprecipitation coupled with mass spectrometry (IP-MS) was conducted.The SCIEX Triple TOF 5600+ mass spectrometer was used in an information-dependent mode (IDA) to automatically switch between MS and MS/MS spectra. Data were analyzed using ProteinPilotâ„¢ software (SCIEX, Concord, ON, Canada) and the UniProtKB database. |
