| Title | Quantitative proteomic analysis reveals that metal ion homeostasis and redox state influence the growth of Aeromonas hydrophila LP-2 |
| Description | This project focuses on the proteomic analysis of metal ion homeostasis and redox state influence the growth of Aeromonas hydrophila LP-2 in Aeromonas hydrophila LP-2. In this study, we used DIA-based quantitative proteomics to profile LP-2 under TPEN (an efficient chelator of metal ion enzyme cofactors) exposure and found a total of 371 proteins were upregulated and 268 were downregulated. Bioinformatic analyses revealed that some of the differential abundance proteins (DAPs) were enriched in several Gene Ontology (GO) terms and KEGG pathways, such as Ion transport, Oxidoreductase activity, Periplasmic space and Microbial metabolism in diverse environments. The study utilizes advancedproteomics techniques, including LC-MS/MS, to uncoverdifferential protein expression patterns. |
