PXD074767 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleComparative proteome analysis of Ca. Lokiarchaeum ossiferum B35 in different stress conditions
DescriptionThe goal of the experiment was to observe metabolic responses on the proteome level to the different stress conditions (including the selective inhibition of obligate syntrophic partners and heat shock) in the Ca. L. ossiferum. The experiment was done is biological triplicates: three different cultures were subsampled and incubated in the respective condition (incubation at 29 °C)/treatment (1 mM bromoethanesulfonate, 100 µM sodium-molybdate, 50 µM gnetamicine) for 96 h before harvesting.
