Dataset Summary
| Title | Candida auris co-cultured with bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs) in-vitro for 2hrs, followed by TMT based quantitative proteomics to identify differentially abundant proteins. |
| Description | The aim of this study was to elucidate the pathogenic mechanism of C. auris during its early phase interaction with host both in-vitro. To this end, we used a quantitative proteomics approach to determine the virulence factors modulating C. auris host-pathogen interaction. We utilized an experimental setup, utilizing an in-vitro co-culture of C. auris with murine macrophages. Following the infection for 2hrs with the immune cells, we applied a TMT based quantitative proteomics strategy to characterize the virulence repertoire of C. auris. |
