PXD074624

PXD074624 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSex-specific KDM6A-HNF4A-CREBH network controls lipoprotein cholesterol metabolism and atherosclerosis via epigenetic reprograming of hepatocytes.
DescriptionThe project investigates how X-linked epigenetic enzyme KDM6A regulates liver cholesterol metabolism and cardiovascular disease risk. We integrate multi-omics data from human liver cell lines and tissue-specific knockout mice to dissect the interplay of transcription factors and coregulators in the chromatin level and to understand the detailed mechanisms how KDM6A modulates cholesterol metabolism via changing the epigenetic landscape in the liver cells.
