PXD074350
PXD074350 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Protection of teleomere1b safeguards the Arabidopsis genome by regulating ROS homeostasis |
| Description | Proximity labeling proteomics samples generated using TurboID fused to AtPOT1b or AtPOT1a in Arabidopsis thaliana. Six-day-old seedlings expressing POT1b-TurboID or POT1a-TurboID and corresponding TurboID-only controls were grown on half-strength MS medium with or without sucrose. Seedlings were treated with 250 uM biotin for 1 hour, followed by streptavidin-based enrichment of biotinylated proteins and LC-MS/MS analysis. Each condition includes biological replicates. Raw files correspond to individual LC-MS/MS runs for each genotype and growth condition. |
