PXD074350 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProtection of teleomere1b safeguards the Arabidopsis genome by regulating ROS homeostasis
DescriptionProximity labeling proteomics samples generated using TurboID fused to AtPOT1b or AtPOT1a in Arabidopsis thaliana. Six-day-old seedlings expressing POT1b-TurboID or POT1a-TurboID and corresponding TurboID-only controls were grown on half-strength MS medium with or without sucrose. Seedlings were treated with 250 uM biotin for 1 hour, followed by streptavidin-based enrichment of biotinylated proteins and LC-MS/MS analysis. Each condition includes biological replicates. Raw files correspond to individual LC-MS/MS runs for each genotype and growth condition.
