PXD074336 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomics-Based Approach Reveals the Involvement of Spliceosomal Components SF3B and SerpinB9 in Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberance
DescriptionDermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a rare cutaneous soft tissue sarcoma which prone to high recurrence rate, especially the high grade sub-type. We applied label-free proteomics quantification to profile the molecular signatures of DFSP tumors in contrast to adjacent normal tissues.
