Description	This project is focused on identifying proteins interacting with the HypA and HypB metallochaperones in the methanogen, Methanococcus maripaludis. Strep-tagged proteins were over expressed and purified from M. maripaludis, followed by LC-MS/MS analysis of co-purified proteins.
