| Title | Cytoplasmic ATRIP recuitment to centrosome |
| Description | We fund that ATRIP was recruited to centrosomes, which mediated the hyperactivated centrosome maturation. Thus, to identify the centrosomal protein responsible for ATRIP centrosomal localization, we immunoprecipitated cytoplasmic ATRIP from G2-phase HeLa cells and analyzed the interactors by mass spectrometry. By disrupting ATRIP interactor, this aberrant process might be rescued, offering a potential therapy strategy. |
