PXD073678 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Carbon source-driven metabolic and regulatory remodeling defines phenomic states in Lipomyces starkeyi |
| Description | Multi-PTM dataset including global proteomics, cysteine oxidation, and phosphorylation for oleaginous yeast Lipomyces starkeyi. Samples were processed using the multi-PTM workflow, including SP3-based cleanup, digestion with trypsin and LysC, enrichment of the peptides. Final peptide samples were analyzed by LC-MS/MS on an Orbitrap 480. Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS processing pipeline. |
