PXD073191 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleComparative label-free quantitative proteomics of Cryphonectria parasitica strains EP155 and EP713 (n=3)
DescriptionWe performed a comparative, label-free quantitative proteomics analysis of the chestnut blight fungus Cryphonectria parasitica, comparing strains EP155 and EP713 with three biological replicates per strain (n=3). Proteins were extracted from fungal samples, digested with trypsin, and peptides were analyzed by LC–MS/MS in data-dependent acquisition mode. The resulting dataset enables quantitative comparison of protein abundance between EP155 and EP713 and supports downstream functional interpretation of strain-specific proteome differences.
