PXD073003 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleA Phosphoproteomics analysis of male and female of mechanical disease vector Musca domestica adult flies
DescriptionIn the present study, we have mapped the global phosphoproteome of the adult stage of the mechanical disease vector M. domestica. Our study resulted in identification of 1,562 phosphopeptides from both the male and female stages of M. domestica. Our study provides the first large scale phosphoproteome map of the common housefly M. domestica.
