PXD072764 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMiniTurboID-based proximity labeling to study the interactome of MpPHOTOTROPIN (MpPHOT)
DescriptionThe goal of this experiment was to identify novel protein-protein interaction partners of the protein of interest, phototropin (MpPHOT), in Marchantia polymorpha using MiniTurboID-based proximity labeling. We examined the MpPHOT interactome under multiple conditions: white light (standard growth conditions), darkness, blue-light activation, and continuous blue light.
