PXD072500
PXD072500 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Thalassia testudinum shotgun proteomics |
| Description | To determine the increase in number of identifiable peptides witnessed when using Pierce reversed-phase pH fractionation, we directly sequenced 100 ug of purified tryptic peptides, as well as another 100-ug aliquot from the same sample that had been split across 11 pH fractions (of which the latter 8 were sequenced). As such, nine RAW/MZML files have been uploaded: one for the unfractionated sample and eight others for the pH fractions. |
