PXD071637 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleDIA-PASEF proteomic profiling of cancer cells under MDM2 modulation, nutlin treatment, and poly(dA:dT) transfection
DescriptionCell lysates from various treatment conditions were analyzed using DIA-PASEF quantitative proteomics. The study incorporated two distinct cell line models. SJSA1 cells: Treated with Nutlin or DMSO, following either Poly(dA:dT) transfection or a control transfection. H1299 cells: Engineered to overexpress either wild-type or mutant (6–200) MDM2 protein, followed by transfection with Poly(dA:dT) or a corresponding transfection control.
