| Description | To prepare samples, 1% inoculum strain CC6 cultivated in 100 mL R2A medium with different treatment: 100 μmol/L CdCl2, 100 μmol/L CdCl2 and 90 μmol/L ZnCl2, 90 μmol/L ZnCl2, and no added, at 28℃ and 150 r/min for 20 h. The cells were collected through centrifuging at 7000 r/min for 15 min and then subjected to proteomics analysis. |
