Description	In this project, we aimed to unravel the structure of endogenous mouse MIWI via affinity purification of the Strep-II tagged protein. In order to confirm that the protein retains its canonical interactors despite the internal Strep II tag, we affinity purified the protein and inspected its interactors via DIA.
