PXD071342

PXD071342 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleLFQ proteomics of Streptomyces albus phosoablative CslA mutant strain
DescriptionAim of this study was to compare proteomic profiles of the WT and the pMD8 mutant strains of Streptomyces albus. pMD8 is a mutant encoding a phosphoablative form of the CslA gene (T17A). Study is a part of a bigger project on the roles of PknB and CslA proteins in cell wall morphogenesis of Streptomyces. Another dataset related to this study is the PXD053764 phosphoproteomic analysis of the PknB deletion mutant strain vs the WT strain.
