PXD071333 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteome and secretome characterization of penile carcinoma cells
DescriptionRepresenting a rare malignant disease, penile cancer (PeCa) occurs in 0.4 - 0.6 % of male neoplasias in Europe and the USA. With more than 95 %, most PeCa are of squamous cell origin and can be further distinguished based on their HPV-status. This study aimed at elucidating the secretome and proteome of newly established PeCa cell lines to identify biomarker and putative therapeutic targets, respectively.
