PXD071238 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleActivity-based protein profiling of meropenem targets in Mycobacterium abscessus
DescriptionActivity-based protein profiling data from Mycobacterium abscessus (Mab) laboratory strain 19977 and clinical strain M9510 grown under replicating and carbon-starvation conditions with meropenem probe labeling or no probe control (npc). Proteins were obtained from Mab cultures lysed by bead beating and labeled with probes followed by click chemistry attachment of biotin. After streptavidin enrichment, bead-bound proteins were digested with trypsin and the peptides analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS processing pipeline.
