Dataset Summary
| Title | Interactors of RH3 in response to bacterial pathogens |
| Description | Plants have evolved a sophisticated defense system to recognise and respond to pathogenic organisms. In Arabidopsis thaliana, DEAD-box RNA Helicase 3 (RH3) has been identified as a positive regulator of immunity. Here, we explored the RH3 protein interaction network in response to the non-pathogenic strain Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato (Pst) DC3000 hrcC− or the effector-triggering strain Pst DC3000 (avrRpt2). Our findings that multiple immune regulators interact with RH3 further confirm its significant role in orchestrating immune responses. For these experiments, adult Arabidopsis plants were inoculated with pathogens, and leaf samples were collected 24 hours post-inoculation. Three independent biological replicates were performed for each condition. |
