PXD070995
PXD070995 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | In vitro sequence analysis of C. elegans WAGO-1 and WAGO-3 N-terminal peptides |
| Description | Raw data files were processed by MaxQuant software package (version 2.6.2.0) using its integrated Andromeda search engine. MS/MS spectra were searched in the no digestion mode against a target-decoy database containing the forward and reverse peptide sequences of the full-length and N-terminally truncated fragments of WAGO-1/WAGO-3 peptides and a default list of common contaminants. False discovery rate (FDR) was assigned to 1% at both peptide and protein levels. |
