Dataset Summary
TitleProtein-protein interactions of DPF-3 in C. elegans males
DescriptionA mass spectrometry-based label-free proteomics analysis was performed to study the protein binders of DPF-3 in C. elegans males. Anti-GFP pull-downs were performed on GFP-tagged DPF-3 and wild-type strains of C. elegans males. Proteins were digested by trypsin. Peptides were measured on an Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer. Raw data files were processed by MaxQuant software (version 2.6.2.0) using its built-in Andromeda search engine. MS/MS spectra were searched against a target-decoy database containing the forward and reverse protein sequences of the WormPep release WS292 (28,587 entries), the UniProt E. coli K-12 reference proteome (release 2022_03; 4,460 entries), the transgenic GFP tag and a default list of common contaminants. False discovery rate (FDR) was set to 1% at both peptide and protein levels.
