PXD070641 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Proteomic profiling of nuclear fractions of SMARCA4 knockdown samples in HDMB03 |
| Description | SMARCA4 mutations are common in Medulloblastoma but not much is understood about its pathobiology. In this study we prepared SMARCA4 knockdown models using a Group 3 medulloblastoma cell line called HDMB03 and investigated the proteomic changes. Nuclear enrichment was performed using hypertonic and hypotonic buffers. The nuclear enriched fractions were analysed on LC-MS/MS. |
