| Description | We profiled the extracellular proteome (secretome) of the acidophilic microalga Galdieria sulphuraria (strain SAG 108.79) cultivated under three carbon sources: glucose, maltose and a starch-derived hydrolysate. The dataset contains 15 raw runs (5 biological replicates per condition) together with search/quantification results and experimental-design (SDRF) metadata, enabling re-analysis and cross-condition comparison of secreted proteins. |
