| Description | Purified bovine platelets (2 × 10⁸) were lysed in 8M urea, and proteins underwent enzymatic digestion with trypsin. Peptides were then fractionated via high pH reversephase HPLC, followed by separation using the EASY-nLC 1200 system. Data were acquired in data-independent acquisition (DIA) mode on an Orbitrap Exploris 480 mass spectrometer, where both the peptide parent ions and their fragments were analyzed with high resolution. The collected data were searched and processed using MaxQuant software (v 1.6.15.0) combined with the UniProt protein database to generate a protein expression matrix. |
