DescriptionCrosslinking mass spectrometry was performed to identify intermolecular DSBU crosslinks between GST-M18BP1(312-490) and the CENP-HIKM complex. The study aimed to map the binding interface of CENP-HIKM and M18BP1, comparing wild-type and a 355-359A M18BP1 mutant that no longer binds CENP-HIKM.
