DescriptionHigh-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (HR-MDS) is an incurable malignant clonal disorder originating in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPC). This study demonstrates that HR-MDS HSPCs have a significant upregulation of metabolic proteins required for glycolysis, citric acid cycle, and oxidative phosphorylation.
