PXD070151 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleUPS1 and UPS2 TMT Benchmarking Experiment
DescriptionThis experiment is a TMT10plex labelled experiment containing trypsin digested UPS1 and UPS2 human proteins in replicate along with E.Coli lysates. The mass spectra were generated in a single MS2-based experiment, using TMT10plex-labelled samples made up of UPS1, UPS2, and E.Coli lysate. UPS1 (Universal Proteomics Standard) and UPS2 (Proteomics Dynamic Range Standard) are publicly available reference standards, used in mass spectrometry (supplied by Sigma-Aldrich) [33]. Both consist of the same 48 recombinant human proteins (ranging from 6,000Da to 83,000Da in mass), present in equal abundance in UPS1 and at different abundances in UPS2 (from 500 amoles to 50 pmoles).
