PXD070129 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic signature in men with central serous chorioretinopathy
DescriptionThis dataset was generated to investigate the systemic proteomic signature of male patients with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR), a retinal disease characterized by serous retinal detachment and vision loss. The goal was to identify differentially abundant serum proteins between CSCR patients and age-matched healthy controls, and to explore biological pathways implicated in disease pathogenesis, including complement activation, oxidative stress, and coagulation.
