Dataset Summary
| Title | Quantitative proteomic analysis of nascent chromatin in early versus late S phase |
| Description | The progression of replication forks is tightly regulated to ensure accurate genome duplication. We have found that these forks display biphasic dynamics throughout an unperturbed S phase, characterized by slow elongation in early S that transitions to rapid elongation in late S. In this study, we identify the molecular factors underlying this change by quantitatively profiling the proteins associated with nascent chromatin in early versus late S phase. |
