PXD069856 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleParallel Accumulation with Mobility-Aligned Fragmentation (PAMAF) datasets for xTracer
DescriptionThis dataset contains raw mass spectrometry data acquired using Parallel Accumulation with Mobility-Aligned Fragmentation, PAMAF, a quadrupole-free DIA strategy with ultrahigh ion mobility resolution via SLIM. It includes two datasets, one with varying sample loads 25, 50, 100 ng, 45 min gradient and one with varying acquisition throughputs 100, 150, 200 samples per day with 100 ng.
