| Description | This dataset contains Drosophila melanogaster label free quantitative (LFQ) LC MS/MS proteomic data generated using the Ubiquitin Activated Interaction Trap (UBAIT) system to identify direct substrates and interacting proteins of the E3 ubiquitin ligase UBE3A in a cell type specific manner. UBAIT tagged UBE3A was expressed using elav GAL4 (early neuronal), nSyb GAL4 (mature neuronal), repo GAL4 (glial), and actin GAL4 (global) drivers to capture ubiquitination events and protein protein interactions across distinct cellular populations. Protein complexes were affinity purified, subjected to tryptic digestion, and analyzed by LFQ LC MS/MS. UBE3A dysregulation is implicated in Dup15q syndrome, Angelman syndrome, and autism spectrum disorder, and this dataset provides a resource for discovering UBE3A substrates and ubiquitination networks relevant to neurodevelopmental pathology. |
