PXD069487 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePachano_HHV_Total_timsTOFPro2_P124
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 9 raw MS files, acquired on a timsTOF Pro 2 operated in Data Independent Acquisition mode. Samples were generated by He Leng. S-trap digestion and mass spectrometry acquisition was performed by Laura McGary. Analysis was performed by He Leng, Cassandra Wong, and Mikko Taipale. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by He Leng et al. The main goal of this dataset was to identify novel pathogen effectors that act as suppressors in cell death for U21, US30, and 13.6K proteins in the evil orfeome. Mikko Taipale (mikko.taipale@utoronto.ca) is the corresponding authors of the manuscript; Karen Colwill should be contacted for questions on this dataset (colwill@lunenfeld.ca)
