PXD069112 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleVaspin-induced effects in brown adipocytes – Proteome
DescriptionTo gain insights into cellular responses of brown and white adipoctes to vaspin a proteomic analysis was concucted. Murine brown (imBA) and white (3T3L1) cells were treated with 500 ng/ml vaspin for 6h, 12h and 24h, followed by lysis in RIPA buffer.
