PXD068859 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCos-7 neonatal Fc receptor proteomics
DescriptionEnteroviruses enter cells by endocytosis; however, the exact strategy is not known. There is an existing knowledge of enterovirus particles binding to the neonatal Fc receptor in vitro. To assess the feasibility of Enterovirus particles using the neonatal Fc receptor in vivo, with the subsequent conformational change of the virus capsid, we have conducted an analysis of the proteome of our model cell culture, the African green monkey kidney cells, cos-7. Based on the mass spectrometry analysis, the neonatal Fc receptor is present within the cellular sample, linking the mechanisms described in vitro with the in vivo experiments.
