DescriptionIn this study, we profiled the proteomic landscape of HCC cells under high and low SAM concentrations by integrating Proteome, Phosphoproteome, and Methylproteome. Multi-omics integration revealed distinct effects of high and low SAM concentrations on HCC cells and provided theoretical support for its potential therapeutic application in HCC.
