PXD068480 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleEffects of clozapine and risperidone on the proteome of human neurons derived from Lund Human Mesencephalic (LUHMES) cells
DescriptionThis study investigates the molecular mechanisms of action of clozapine and risperidone in human neurons derived from Lund Human Mesencephalic (LUHMES) cells. A DDA and DIA proteomic approach was employed to capture comprehensive changes in protein expression induced by chronic (72 hours) antipsychotic drug treatment. Additionally to the whole-cell lysate, the nuclear sub-proteome of LUHMES neurons was analysed using the DIA approach.
