Title	Rat liver mitochondrial membrane proteome
Description	The rat liver mitochondrial lysate was analyzed by the blue native PAGE. Then gel bands were excised and plated into tubes. De-stained excised slices were reduced and alkylated. Subsequently, the proteins of gel were digested by trypsin. The collected peptides were subjected to an NSI source followed by tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) in Orbitrap Exploris 480 MS coupled online to the UPLC.
