Title	Proteomics comparison between patient-derived and healthy skin fibroblasts
Description	Label-free quantitative proteomic analysis of skin fibroblasts cultured in vitro from patient with generalized pustular psoriasis and healthy subject was performed. The obtained results were searched against the SwissProt database of Homo sapiens by PEAKS Studio, and peptides that passed the identification filter of 5% FDR at peptide level were considered for quantification.
