Dataset Summary
TitleLongitudinal Plasma Proteomic Profiling Reveals Distinct Immune Responses in Cured and Relapse Tuberculosis Patients
DescriptionProteomic data from human blood plasma samples. Tuberculosis patients that were cured or relapsed after TB treatment. Time points 0, 2, 4, 8, 17, 26, & 52 weeks post-baseline. 30 cured patients and 30 relapsed patients. Samples were digested with trypsin, labeled with TMTpro 16-plex, then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with FragPipe version 21.1.
