Dataset Summary
| Title | Longitudinal Plasma Proteomic Profiling Reveals Distinct Immune Responses in Cured and Relapse Tuberculosis Patients |
| Description | Proteomic data from human blood plasma samples. Tuberculosis patients that were cured or relapsed after TB treatment. Time points 0, 2, 4, 8, 17, 26, & 52 weeks post-baseline. 30 cured patients and 30 relapsed patients. Samples were digested with trypsin, labeled with TMTpro 16-plex, then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with FragPipe version 21.1. |
