PXD068043 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic evaluation and comparison of native and decellularized human saphenous vein extracellular matrices
DescriptionThis project presents a label-free quantitative proteomic analysis of human saphenous vein (hSV) before and after decellularization, i.e. removal of cellular material using a CHAPS-based protocol. The study evaluated extracellular matrix preservation, vascular basement membrane composition changes, and residual cellular proteins, with protein classifications performed using MatrisomeDB and Gene Ontology annotation. The data provide a reference framework for assessing the impact of decellularization on hSV grafting material and its protein composition.
