PXD067811 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Plasma proteomics of ZDF and SD rat using Mag-Net and ENRICH-iST methods |
| Description | One of the biggest challenges in Plasma Proteomics is to reduce the dynamic range of plasma proteins to capture the expression of low-abundant proteins. Mag-Net and ENRICH-iST methods were evaluated using 20 μL of type 2 diabetes (ZDF) and SD rat plasma by data-independent acquisition (DIA)-MS Mag-Net method using MagReSyn SAX beads (Resin Biosciences) can enrich a heterogeneous group of membrane-associated particles from plasma, whereas ENRICH-iST method can enrich low abundant proteins by a physicochemical enrichment. |
