| Description | This dataset contains the raw proteomics data supporting the investigation into the effects of nutritional intervention on the milk fat globule membrane (MFGM) proteome in colostrum from lactating yaks. Data-independent acquisition (DIA) mass spectrometry was used to analyze protein expression profiles, resulting in the identification of 1972 MFGM proteins, including 661 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) between the control and supplementation groups. |
