PXD067559

PXD067559 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleThe rapid manufacture of biologics using mRNA
DescriptionWe evaluate bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody, expression in time course from mRNA transient transfection in CHO cells using MS. We transiently transfected bevacizumab heavy and light chain mRNAs into CHO-S WT using lipoplex. Later, we analysed the bevacizumab protein intracellularly.
