DescriptionThis dataset originates from a comparative proteomics study of mouse dental epithelial stem cell culture supernatants. The objective of the study was to identify and quantitatively analyse differentially expressed proteins between two experimental groups (labelled Esc2D/EscML and Esc3D/EscSPH in the study) using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) technology.
