PXD067283 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAcacia gum-S. epidermidis CM protein identification
DescriptionAcacia gum as a topical prebiotic to explore its potential for rebalancing detrimental Staphylococcus aureus and beneficial Staphylococcus epidermidis in atopic dermatitis. A total of 231 proteins in the conditioned medium were identified. As expected, acacia gum significantly changed the protein expression of S. epidermidis.
