PXD067268 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Urinary extracellular protein signatures associated with albuminuria and their modulation by treatment in early diabetic kidney disease |
| Description | Urinary extracellular vesicles were isolated before and after treatment from 22 patients with diabetes and albuminuria who participated in a crossover trial with telmisartan, empagliflozin, linagliptin, and baricitinib. Quantitative proteomics was performed using TMT-based labeling. See the paper for the detailed labeling strategy. |
